ONLINE SALES POLICY

The Buyer is solely responsible for this action.
All the information used to describe the goods available on the website (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., and is used exclusively for presentation purposes.
The price, method of payment and payment deadline are specified in each order. MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. shall issue the Buyer with an invoice for the Goods delivered, it being the Buyer’s obligation to provide all the information required to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force. For the correct communication of the invoice related to the order, the Buyer is obliged to update the data in his account whenever necessary and to access the information and documents related to each order.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. undertakes to deliver the goods by door-to-door courier to the Buyer or to make them available to the Buyer in its showrooms, according to the Client’s choice.
MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. shall ensure the appropriate packaging of the Goods and shall ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.
MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. will deliver the Goods only on the territory of Romania.
GUARANTEES
The Goods marketed by MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. benefit from guarantee conditions in accordance with the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. For a correct communication of the warranty certificate related to the Goods in the Order, the Buyer is obliged to update the data in his account whenever necessary and to access the information and documents related to each order.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS
Ownership of the Goods shall be transferred upon delivery, after full payment has been made by the Buyer to the address indicated in the Order (meaning delivery – signature of receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or signature of receipt on the invoice in the case of collection of the Goods from the showroom).
RETURN
By creating an account and/or using the content and/or placing orders, the User/Buyer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Site in the latest updated version that is communicated within the Site, existing at the date of creation of the account and/or use of the content and/or at the date of placing the order.
Subsequent to the creation of the account, the use of the account shall constitute acceptance of the changes to the Site Terms and Conditions and/or the updated versions of the Site Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions of the Site may be modified at any time by MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., and they are binding on the Customers/Users/Buyers from the date of posting on the Site. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Site is confirmed by ticking the appropriate box on the Site and/or by sending the order and/or making an online payment.
The Buyer may return the Goods purchased online in their original packaging (with label and box intact, if applicable) within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The Goods will be returned at the Buyer’s expense, using the same shipping service that shipped the Goods. If the Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, the Buyer must also return any gifts that accompanied the Goods. If the Buyer delays or is late in returning the Goods, exceeding the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, the Buyer will lose the benefit of withdrawal. Goods that have been altered, tampered with, damaged, missing, worn or are not in the visual/aesthetic condition in which they were received from the courier cannot be returned under the Buyer’s right of withdrawal. Subject to the return of the Goods, MICRI DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. shall refund the amount paid by the Buyer within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Buyer’s written notification of the decision to withdraw from the Contract. The refunded amount does not include the initial costs of delivery of the Goods by courier to the address indicated by the Buyer.
